Electronic Software Order Delivery - During normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) we endeavour to dispatch all electronic software orders within 1-2 hours. Outside of normal working hours this same timeframe is possible but can not be guaranteed.
UK Physical Order Delivery - Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next day before 1pm.
Physical Deliveries to other EU countries and the rest of the world are typically dispatched either via Royal Mail Air Sure or UPS.
All returns must be organised in advance or they will not be accepted. Please refer to the form on the Returns section of this website.
Faulty goods - If your item is confirmed as faulty within 14 days, we'll happily exchange it. If it is quicker to put you in touch directly with the manufacturer then we will do so. After 14 days from delivery, if your item turns out to be faulty then we will refer you directly to the manufacturer.
Non-faulty goods - A refund or credit on non-faulty goods is at our discretion within 14 days of of the purchase date (your rights under the Consumer Credit Act will be taken in to account). The item/s must be as new and in its/their original packaging. A re-stocking fee will apply and is dependent on the condition of the return.
Returning sealed software - Some software are supplied with non-returnable licenses to the end user, in these examples the individual manufacture's policy will be referred to and it will be at our discretion as to whether a return and credit/refund is possible.
Returning software delivered electronically - As there is no physical item and the license is provided directly to you we're unable to take these items back, so please ensure you are purchasing the correct item.
